Child safety & COPPA

Nora & Nico is designed for use by parents and caregivers — not by children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The service is intended to be used by an adult on behalf of a child.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us without parental consent, please contact us at hello@noranico.com and we will delete it promptly.

What we collect

Story privacy

Stories generated on Nora & Nico are private by default. They are not shared publicly, indexed by search engines, or visible to other users. You control whether a story can be shared via a time-limited private link.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with third-party services required to operate Nora & Nico (e.g., Stripe for payments, OpenAI for story generation). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@noranico.com or through the Settings page in the app.
