The story behind Nora & Nico
Nora & Nico began with a dad turning the small moments of his daughters' days into bedtime stories — soccer games, rainy afternoons, lost teeth, hard feelings, brave tries, and funny little memories.
What started as a nightly ritual became a way to help children reflect, connect, and feel known. Not every story was polished. But every story was real — and real was what made it matter.
We built Nora & Nico so that any parent or caregiver could do the same: take one moment from the day — something that made them laugh, something that felt hard, something small and sweet — and turn it into a story worth telling at bedtime.
The technology is in service of something older and more important: the ritual of sitting together, reading together, and saying — I saw you today. That moment mattered.

A real name is never required. You can use a nickname, a playful pseudonym, or any name that makes the story feel personal. Stories are private by design — created for your family, not shared publicly.
